I think they are buying and selling stock with an overall position around the 5% level. Each time they go below 5% they need to issue a change in substantial shareholder notice and each time they go above 5% they need to issue another new substantial shareholder notice.
Has anyone here dealt with Scandinavians in business? Its that cool nordic logic and adherence to compliance.
I've become impatient with GFF and switched to another takeover play I like (SAI).
