GoConnect Ltd ("GCN") is pleased to advise that the company has reached agreement with the liquidator Sino Strategic International Ltd in liquidation ("SSI") to settle their dispute regarding the SSI Loan Agreement. A Deed of Settlement will be entered into by the parties to settle the alleged GCN liabilities of $1.65 million by the transfer of 900,000 Go Green Holdings shares held by GCN and the balance by cash over an agreed period. This agreement will lead to the discontinuance of the application for winding up of GCN by SSI
