Interesting turn of events - how and what needs to be sold to raise the cash component.
Also what is the information behind the shares - do they have to be sold at a set price, 900,000 shares at $1 is OK - 900,000 shares at 1 cent is probable and essentially worthless - what happens if / when the liquidators want payment.
What value were the shares given to the liquidators, this will give a better valuation that what they are being touted for - how much is the cash component and over what time period.
