Some media speculation, and low share price that hasn't recovered so they just wanted to clear the air IMO.
Sounds like management is projecting more growth and normalised recurrent earnings for 2022, so guiding investors for a long term hold for improved share price.
Still looking like an inexpensive buy to me for a decent company with a low PE, fairly low debt, decent ROE, we just need earnings to increase again, so hopefully some good news will pop up between now and reporting in August, like new growth or contracts, or at least this sort of news sometime within 2021.
