Pains me but I'm going to vote FOR. Being given away but SBM is cooked if don't do it and deal is actually highly synergistic so suspect will do okay in time with GMD scrip.
Question is how derisory a valuation one puts on the Atlantic / Simberi stub. Mgmt needs to get out of NS pronto. Best case would be get bond back (hopefully with some cash on top) and get a good dev team in to deliver sulphides at Simberi. Gold is there. Fairly high grade. Makes more sense than trying to make coin in a crap mining jurisdiction mining and processing sub 1g/tonne dirt.
