Fangk. The 49% refers to 49% of the total share register. So they have approached large holders and those that have said they will vote for the GMD deal, own 49% of the SBM shares. So for the deal not go through, you would essentially need the rest of the SBM shareholders to vote against the GMD deal. And the fact that many people will not be bothered voting. Means they would easily get to over 50% of votes cast, even if all the rest that voted, voted against the deal.
