Undaunted, they are not actually throwing any money at all... just script (though I do feel their script is, ah.... not top of its class).
To me its a logical acquisition. Lots of U/G ore at basically $50 an ounce.... MRE wise. Even at reserve, its approx $150 an ounce. That is cheap.... throw in development costs of $45m and its still only $200 an ounce for the reserves.
No one else can really use the ore, yet, SBM need ore.
Unsure if the market will care too much in the short term. 2+ years before we see actual ore being processed.
