Just got a phone call myself. Another dilution of shares again really. Will lose money in initial the deal and then hope for bigger gains with SBM? Would be nice if takeover/mergers worked the way they should. ie huge jump in price rather than what we've gotten over many many years. Gold prices are soaring so maybe a better deal by the end of the month? Also spoke to a substantial holder who recommended "yes", so I assume he thinks prices will rise after a deal and that new management will do better than current management has.
