Unfortunately I am one of those with average SP just above 10c and waiting for years
for gold to make its next move (and thus BDC). Second time it happens to me next to
copper and the NZC takeover where I barely recovered my investment. So the lesson
is its ALL ABOUT TIMING! See even PF got out of PLS way too early even though he
made good money. but thank God I am still holding there. So you win some lose some!
Not much hope for a counteroffer here since SBM has the right to match any counter
offers. Why would anyone bid under those conditions knowing SBM will probably match
unless the offer is much too high and who'd want to do that? Not much hope for the
manganese either but it could be better than nothing. Let's hope anyways.
