Have to disagree that 'this is a done deal'. There's no exclusivity. Conditions state 'no shop' but they don't have to shop it, it's out there now. The SBM deal might go through at this price, nobody knows. I'd bet there's going to be interest here. All i know is that this is the floor price in any deal, whether it be with SBM or another. SBM have the option to meet or beat a competitive bid. There's been no declaration that their bid if 'final'. They haven't closed the door on paying more if the bid is contested. On a $/reserve & $/resource basis it's a cheap acquisition so I think there's scope for other interest. The only limiting factor is i think the willingness/capability to process refractory ores through existing plant. That narrows prospective suitors dramatically but you only need two interested parties for an auction....we have one....so far....
