If they are doing a full acquisition, I struggle to understand the need for the consolidation... (and I get they didn't know they would be fully acquired)

Also, these must be some of the cheapest ounces going around...

I am also disappointed in the price and hope they'd they would have achieved more than $0.088c pre consolidation for 3m oz

As others have said, hopefully it flushes out other suitors.
