It's definitely cheap for SBM....look at the synergy benefits they pencil in. They're spending a fraction of what it would have cost BDC to bring the two underground deposits into production. There's a relatively small amount upgrading their mill to almost double throughput capacity & the rail spur in addition to the site costs.

I do think there will be further interest but unlikely before the BDC shareholder vote.
