Most importantly it's a foot in the door to Australia's latest hot real estate.
Spend a little to hopefully find a prospective target or two and then complete a farm in agreement with a major who stumps ups the funds for further exploration. This was exactly what occurred in the East Laverton with BHP back in 2011/12.
