Once upon a time I went to a resources conference and met a gentleman (and I mean gentleman of the first order) by the name of John Prineas (and the then Technical Director, Tim Hronsky)
I did this as part of mu due diligence as I was investing on behalf of my superannuation fund. I had numerous conversations with John and Tim spanning several hours over 2 days.
I have continued to attend any functions I could where John was presenting and keep in regular contact.

I don't care what mathematics people will speculate on regarding how many shares we may eventually be issued from participation in the share purchase plan - however from my knowledge of John and Sarah (and I have been with John many times and know how genuinely interested he is in the interests of EVERY shareholder, not just those with more funds than we mere mortals, I am confident that;
All participants in the SPP will be treated fairly and will be issued with as many shares as the company can make available - whatever that number is. I did a very significant amount of research prior to investing in SGQ (including consulting third party mining specialists)
Trust in management is one of my key pillars in decision making of whether to invest - I have put my trust in John and his team - and that faith is enduring.

As Corker advised us in his post in this thread with the response he received from John "We will consider closing the SPP early depending on applications received. We do want to give all existing shareholders that wish to participate a chance to do so, and we need to balance this sense of fairness with any decision to close early"

Only time will tell however it is my humble opinion that we, the faithful long term shareholders, will be treated fairly by this outstanding management team.
