I'm inclined to agree. Another co I've dabbled in just raised $9m and had a similar MC as SGQ. Like us, they are undertaking an exciting drilling campaign and it hasn't been a drag on the SP at all.

If we could bank $9m+ out of this SPP, we will be able to drill all the deep targets, Fish Hook and Strickland resource definition with enough in the bank to not worry about another CR.

As mentioned by others, a lot of these shares will be going to True Belivers who aren't looking for 10-20% gains.

I say, take as much $$$ as they can and drill deep into the belly of the Dragon.
