Without a lead manager is a positive that they can arrange it themselves without the marketing risk of taking in shortfalls etc that lead managers are exposed to. To accept something at higher risk is a positive that the sophs believe in the company. Also, it means we do not have to give additional shares and options etc to a lead manager which is generally the case. The work goes on... These new Brazilian workers are not paid to do nothing, they are advancing the asset while we await the major funding to be finalised.
