A total of 43,165,470 shares will be issued at $0.15 per share with one (1) free attaching option exercisable
at $0.20 on or before 30 June 2017 for every five (5) shares applied for. The options are part of the option series that trade under ASX code SGQOA.
So if the sophs exercise their options they're paying around 16.7c a share. Current retail 17.5c. Streamlined raise of nearly 7m for drill. Roughly 20% dilution? Last CR at about 50% on current price achieved?

Worth small discount to know its keenly sought by the big boys. No impact on current SP... I'm goodish with that...retrospectively...not too shabby at all...how the rest of you feeling about it? Feel welcome to correct or add to anything herein...pretty hopeless at number crunching.
