Hi there HO, and thanks for the old commentary vid on SIR.

Nickel price is half what it was when SIR went from driller to TO.

Still, JP says that the MA project, subject to being proved as a viable resource, can make money at today’s ni price. (the cobalt and other by products will help in the DFS.)

We will need a DFS for that to be proved and interestingly, that was the same position that SIR was in when their TO came.

The ni price has dropped 10% recently and the LME stocks have rebounded to more than 380,000.

There is some funny money going on in ni prices and LME stocks atm. All we can do is hope that the ever volatile ni price gets back to $US 6.00.

The key to success for all of us invested in SGQ is the obvious. If there is a significant mineable resource at low cost at current or higher ni prices, we have a potential money maker.

I cannot stress enough how much SGQ believes that the MA resource will succeed.

However, I am delighted that they have followed up on the East Lav prospects and in doing so, they have "hedged their bets" so to speak (I only make that betting reference because JP talked about Winks and Black Caviar strike rates).

Without trying to be negative, I had hoped that there would have been more than one announcement in the last 14 days about the drilling at MA.

I hate to say it, but if the drill news is poor in the next week, the SP will get smashed.

    Cheers and until next time...
