A 10 PE on a target share price of $17.50 implies an 11-12 PE at a share price of $20.
So now lets do a quick track back through history:
When was the last time MFG was trading on a PE less than 11-12.
I would say more at least quite a few years.
Hence share price has been significantly de-risked, especially as the forecasted "E" in PE has been massively reduced.
