You are simply in the wrong funds mate. There are plenty of good ones and 5 times as many bad ones. Gee, at my age I can outrun 80% of my peers. Problem with that good thought is the 20% can outrun me. I am old.
The best funds in every asset class have ALL OUTPERFORMED THE INDEX. They are the 20% that few know about. What they know about is the 80% who haven't. I know this space intimately and have profited from it. I refuse to accept false facts simply made up to support a narrative but repeated over and over again to condition the dumb who don't know better. I am no fool and you should not treat others as such.
You are entitled to your opinion, but you are NOT entitled to rewrite history.
Damn this world is so full of it, and making it plain ugly is that they believe they are the only one's who know everything.
