Based on Yahoo Finance averages, current full year forecast PE Ratio is just under 35 times. Average forecast PE Ratio is just under 30 times.
To get to 25 times earnings, Netflix share price needs to fall to $277.25 or another $110 (another 28% down).
Assume forward PE ratio of 25 times, $61.90 further to fall or another 16%.
Very interesting point about the accounting of Netflix.
