You're reading it very wrong - it is not "12% of revenue and 6% of profit" (that is actually illogical in a business like this). Refer my earlier post where I clarify that it is (as per the wording in the announcement):
12% impact on a full years revenue (not earnings), and 6% impact on current years revenue (not earnings) due to zero impact on the first half to 12/21.
Impact on earnings will be amplified beyond 12%pa if they can't strip out a lot of costs.
