That's 100% true.....it involves too much career risk to stay with them when the larger "smarter money" has ditched them. There is no upside, even if they start to do better, but plenty of downside when the portfolio manager is accused of "not seeing what everyone else saw".
As Hamish is so fond of saying about companies he doesn't like" "They have no moat".
