STX fairly active at present and into the new year preparing for a busy drilling program on three fronts.
1. Cooper
2. EFS
3. Permian
4. St Landry (passive, along for the ride)
It takes a lot of Mgt resources and expertise to organise, unfortunately for s/holders it ain't going to be cheap!
Lets not forget we now have another 40bpd from Permian JV adding to cashflow.
Louise prodn (ie 1.6mmcfd = $2.4mil pa + 40bcpd = $1.3mil) + Permian JV prodn (ie 40bpd = $1.3mil) = conservative cashflow of $5mil pa to STX!
That helps with the wages!
