I think most diehard LBT punters knew what you stated, but the LBT announcement to the market depicts none of that, so it leaves investors weighing up their opportunity cost, make money wherever else prior to distribution agreements that may take (globally) as long as 18 months after evaluations have been done to heighten interest and of course, sales.
