How can you justify calling this a capper when the seller is getting chewed at.
A capper would move up the ladder before getting touched however these sellers are willing to part with there shares.
capper, manipulator: these words don’t justify the fact the share has gone up nearly 300% in weeks and it’s just plain old sellers, making $$
someone may have bought 20m shares at .01 and doesn’t want to
Just dump them so is slowly offloading 500k-2mil at a time
