trying to figure out what this is worth:

Capacity: 55-65k depending on seat layout/sport

New home ground for and will have games for:
Fremantle Football Club
West Coast Eagles
Perth Scorchers

+ International events (e.g. first event 28^th January Aus v Eng 1 dayer)

Most guard ‘rule of thumbs’ seem to suggest 1 guard per 50-100 patrons. We will take 75.

Using average of 40k attendees for games, 40 events per year (excluding festivals, international music gigs)

Possibly need around ~500 guards on a big day, 20,000 full days of work equivalent just for Fremantle+West Coast+ Scorchers per year.

and ~50+ full time staff at the ground when no events on.

For only local games + full time security staff (to keep secure when no events on) is equivalent to roughly 110 full time staff over the year. This is before international games and other non-sporting events are taken into context.

Currently around 350 guards across whole business. ~32% increase in billable hours for the whole business (again, before international/non sport events).

seems like a game changing contract, no?
