Surprised at the share price reaction today. Given its market sensitive, you would expect the impact be at least 5%. Say it's 5% of revenues, that's a $1m contract earning a gross margin of 20% with minimal additional overheads.
Minimum $200k lift in EBITDA at say 5x multiple should have lifted the price by .005 cps.
I imagine Mgt don't want to give away the pricing of the contract for competitive reasons so we will have to waiting until either the quarterly or the half yearly update.
Confidence is growing on this one.
