Yes if the quantum of the contract is confidential the management should produce an estimate of likely total revenue (and profits) for 2017-18. The contract amount could be incorporated in the total without being identified separately and the market would have a better idea of the impact on the company going forward.
Even for this half year if the extra revenue is $3 to 4 million, on your numbers it should lift the share price sharply as the market would take account of the full year impact.
