The price has to more than double before these options are in the money, and they retain staff for 2-3 yrs in a very competitive market......what's not to like.
If the price gets to $35, you would assume that employees have done their job in growing the business, so as a shareholder, happy for them to be rewarded esp given shareholders will also get these free options.
