At this stage for any investor or potential investor, the opinions of the official project NIMBY who's already lost the battle for environmental approvals against a mine which is now fully authorised (and the both the Territory and Federal government desperately want it to expand) are simply irrelevant.
The war has been lost and the "Hippiecrits" can't have a bet both ways if they want the world to transition off oil but don't want lithium mines to supply the necessary goods for the batteries, EV's and indeed mobile or tablet devices, said NIMBY's are complaining off.
Pay him no further heed, as his complaining isn't going to change the outcome. The outcome of that war has long since been decided and he lost.
