the fall in the SP has nothing to do with the company. The markets all over the world fell hard and commodities (metals in particular) were hit the hardest as fears from global recession grow - fall in demand for metals.
There is not much POD can do about that. Few other explorers were caught in this mess. As an explorer POD can't run on air and needs to keep exploring and for that they need funds. They need to convert some of the inferred resource into indicated so they can do scoping study and at same time to test the deposit at depth to ensure consistent grade continuity at certain parts that have UG potential.
And so far, results are pointing to probably more than 2 open pits as results continue to show economic grades across the strike.
Happy to be corrected but I think we are offered same price as the sophs so I can't see how this management is screwing us.
They don't waste money on irrelevant stuff and most of the funds go into exploration.
I did take my entitlement and bought few below 22c to add to my holdings.
But everyone is entitled to their opinion and everyone has their own reasons.. only issue I have is when people come critical and accuse (or defend) the management without offering logical or meaningful explanation why.
