I totally agree with your sentiment re the SP. Sure it will meander around for a tad till the ground settles. When construction starts and the inevitable announcements state rolling out the market will awaken to this sleeping giant imho. The future potential is enormous and cannot be underestimated imho. The years will turn to tears when many realise the opportunity they missed but not accumulating in the early stages.
