I believe the ML's were given to AVQ, and they are entitled to challenge this. I still own Axiom Mining Shares and I have invested also in PNM.

PNM made that quite clear to the market, however I do recall this been resolved. The rest is probably another challenge in the courts, similar to Sumitomo and Axiom! But not helpful for PNM or the landowners! But this all but shear speculation!

As I stated, someone seems to know where this is heading. IMO the resources are there, and someone needs to get it off the island! Shipping costs are so high currently.
