@djjp As I said, I don't disagree if that's what you meant, but I am also sure I was not the only person to read your initial post as if it implied the algorithm was facing issues prior to now. Additionally, yes, determining whether there's bleeding or not is a crucial algorithm, especially in stroke care where the standard procedure involves a non-contrast CT scan as soon as possible to rule out bleeding. That's why there's a significant emphasis within EMV on the "blood or not" algorithm, which serves the purpose of ruling out bleeding in the acute stages.
