Yes - agree. The ability of the device to detect blood with reliability has always been the biggest challenge. Professors Donnan and Davis have always emphasised this fact - that ever since the pilot trial, the results have always been 'encouraging' but with residual uncertainty about accurately enough distinguishing between bleeds and blockages.
As djjp posted, the AI algorithm appears to be well and truly on track - albeit with further tweaking work required before the validation phase. Hence the extended pre-validation Stages 2 and 3 trialling.
