What’s the extra 30 hemorrhages for?
in part 3? I assume maybe they need more because in a typical 150 undifferentiated patients presenting large majority wouldn’t be hemorrhage.
if fact 150 patients >75 be normal
of the remainder that stroke it’s said about 1:8 bleed:blockage.
so maybe if we lucky we get 10 hemorrhages in the first cohort (i know the sample of 15 had 5 hemorrhage. Which is unusual).
so to get 30 need to scan at least 450 more patients. OR we just scan all the known hemorrhages seen on CT
