Looks really good to me at this point, but will have to do some more reading. Every million of income is worth approximately quarter of a cent per share. Note that only 27% of MEL's capital is being deployed here, so plenty of scope for further investment - and the earnings on the residual cash should roughly cover admin expenses.
Worst case scenario is it turns into an investment vehicle returning a solid divi per year.
