    Based on their (BWE) track record we will be throwing good money after bad:

    The convertible note terms look favourable to MEL, but that is only an advantage if BWE has future success, success it appears not to have had at all in the last 10 years. If SM70/71 are duds we will end up with worthless shares in a worthless company.

    There's a lot of reading to do so I'm going to reserve my judgement for now.
