everything is now in place, other than offtakes.
I suspect that will be the last thing they need to do before FID, which, going by those numbers should be a formality now.
I’m comfortable with them using US$110 and I’m very comfortable with their CIF China break even US$87. Gives us plenty of wriggle room if IO drops again, which it doesn’t look like doing atm.
Winter Olympics in now, so another few weeks and chine around be back up to full steam ahead.
hopefully IO will at least stay around current, although $120/130 ok too.
yes it’s way undervalued, but management are not well thought of, with good reason. So they’re going to have to do the hard yards to prove themselves. Get it up and running to/above forecast and keep pumping it out. Then drill the s##t out of it to increase LOM.
