I’ve spent a bit of time recently going through the financial statements of Bentley, Orion, Queste and Strike. It is evident that Farooq, Johnson and Ho are only concerned about 1 thing and that’s lining their own pockets. They are literally destroying shareholder value through their remuneration arrangements with each of those companies. If you even did a deep dive on LEL you would find that its highly speculative (more so than Strikes assets) and was just those three directors trying to find yet another company to pay them remuneration. They have very little skin in the game, very rarely do they enter share option arrangements (sti’s and performance targets), and have this complex structure that ensures they get significant voting rights at AGM’s. These 5 companies have made those three millionaires via remuneration while shareholder value has decreased. I’m not standing for their rubbish. More posts to come.
