Happy to be proven wrong but they will need another CR. The "downside" (used very loosely here) of a discovery is that additional funding will be required for appraisals (stepout wells, testing equipments, etc) - which I don't believe they are budgeted for. The upside, of course, is that it will be far less diluting given the discovery and the resulting increase in investor demand for the stock.
