STAND: IFT: Infratil Buyback Deferral
Infratil is to defer the buyback scheduled to take place on 22 October 2013.
A further announcement about the buyback is expected to be made on 12
November, as part of the release of Infratil's half year results.
Infratil is investigating potential transactions that may be announced
shortly and considers that it is better to defer the buyback until Infratil's
position in respect of these potential transactions is clear.
