Just look at it from an investors point of view
You have to sit there ready to fund ok at a discount 20% from 10 day VWAP with a large amount of funds at the ready or source able at short notice whilst bargains are popping up all over the place
Yes they get the options for providing this facility but bear in mind the options are at $4.50
The alternative would be to go to a broker and pay 5% give the discount 20% on CR anyway and then watch them destroy the share price
as they exit with their 20% over the following months
