I agree, the insiders keep getting the discounted equity. Retail investors are an afterthought and DGO has delivered nothing on its own drilling so far either.

Why does DGO need access to 12m by November? It’s a pretty crucial question. Not sure of the cash position but I don’t think they can be doing it because of the latest drilling campaign. If they have even had a sniff of success, it would look suspicious if they then grant themselves equity at a discounted price to market, and also throw in options for the commitment.
