$95,000,000-$30,000,000 still leaves a shortfall of $65 mill.The terms of agreements with financiers and contracts to supply are unknown in their detail(where the devil lies)so there is a lack of transperancy as to EXACTLY what is going on here which has been reflected both in volume of trade(522000) and drop to 27cps which would suggest market is not impressed(yes I do realise wall street was down)
