Ann: Standby Equity Facility , page-20

The way in which this company puts out Anns: is very misleading. They paint a rosy picture which we all know is not always the case.

Everything is always done to the letter, but we have to read between the lines to see what is really happening. When we have to do that we don't always get it right.


You would think with production about to commence this year, they would be keeping us informed with respect to construction etc.,Or is the hold up with the loan going to put that back, they are according to the estimates running very close to the wind, perhaps the extra 30ml is a buffer. This of course may be a requirement from the major lender, once again I am only guessing, we have not got enough information from the Company.

The next week will give us a bit more insight, I still have faith in the product, wish I could say the same about the management.
