seden33, they haven't actually 'loaned' anything. This is how YA do business, they are a hedge fund out of New York from what I can gather.
You make a good point regarding why would LYC secure financing for 30m when 95m is needed unless it is a just in case working cap requirements go over budget. I really hope this is the case!!
LYC should make a statement by 31 january and this will be eagerly awaited by the market.
