I have to agree with everything you say, re-reading the Ann; my take is the same. This additional loan could well be to satisfy the conditions precedent to release the funds from escrow. Perhaps it may of been prudent of the Company to spell this out, if in deed that is the case.Not being kept fully up to date only makes for speculation.
Once this is settled and hopefully its full steam ahead we should see the S/P move to a fairer valuation.
