Speaking of YA Global -- have a look at this report;

The litmus test on whether YA are knights riding in to save the day will be reflected in how they deal with Advanced Viral Research Corp.
This Co has just defaulted on repayments etc -- YA have them in a critical position.
Perhaps we should pass this info on to LYC management -- they might have been blind-sided with all the pomp & ceremony of what looked like a good deal!!
This is a worry.
